Threat Hazard Developer
This is a HYBRID-REMOTE position.
The Threat Hazard Developer provides thread and hazard subject matter expertise to the MAA and MA Program Office.

In this role you will....

• Participate in the pre-assessment coordination, MAA onsite, report development and Mission Assurance protection program related request for information.
• Must have familiarity with Mission Assurance/intelligence and threat/hazard applicable policy, standards, and benchmarks.
• Maintain applicable security clearance requirement.
• Provide technical support to the threat and hazard program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Develop an All-Hazard Threat Assessment (AHTA) report specific to Marine Corps Installations/facilities supporting Marine Corps' MA program.
• Provide research and analysis of a wide array of threats/hazards and develop threat information to determine the likelihood and probability of specific enhanced threats/hazards may occur in a manner which impacts the mission of Marine Corps installations, commands, and areas of operation.
• Track and document the production of the AHTAs for Marine Corps installations under this Task. • Provide technical support to conduct trend and impact analyses of hazards and threats that may affect HQMC.
• The analyses should include the methodologies used to determine the probability of each event.
• Develop Enhance Threat Assessments (ETAs) to support Areas of operation associated to projection platform capabilities and requirements.
• Develop AHTA and production-related briefings for HQMC. The COR will coordinate briefing schedules.
• Develop training courses on threat and hazard analysis, AHTA development, and provide updates to the AHTA program guidelines.

Experience Requirements:

• Ten (10) years or more desired experience in military intelligence
• Five (5) years or more desired experience in MA
• Five (5) years or more desired experience in executing threat and hazard assessments at the Service Headquarters and experience developing analytic methodologies and assessment program guides
• Knowledge of current domestic and international threats and hazards to U.S. national security interests
• Knowledge and use of intelligence community IT programs, systems, and applications
• CAMS Training or equivalent Asset and Risk Management Program Experience

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active TOP SECRET security clearance with the ability to attain SCI and the ability gain access to //SI- G/TK/HCS-P & KLM & KLM-R & Compartmental Access Programs & Special Access Programs.

Other Requirements:

• Requires travel minimum 50% of the time
• May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
• Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
• Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
• Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

This position is contingent on funding.
