Summit Funding Group, Inc. is an established and growing equipment leasing company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank located in Mason, OH. Summit is hiring a full-time Title Clerk to complete the transfer of titles for leases/loans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Familiar with the titles laws in All States; which includes tax title and documents along with state compliance requirements for the DMV
• Ability to work with Lenders on obtaining title releases on transaction that have been paid in full
• Complete special projects as required by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience preferred
• Notary license preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be a team player but also able to work independently

• Must be detail oriented
• Exceptional organization skills, the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
