Jabra is seeking a Training and Sales Enablement Coordinator. This role will support the Sales Training and Performance team by analyzing data, updating systems, and training content while learning best practices for managing sales performance. This role also provides an opportunity to use Jabra's latest audio and video products and begin a career in sales support with a chance to expand and build a training curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Support the launch and management of Jabra's learning programs for the sales organization. Activities include:
• Monitor new hire and other performance reports to assign training appropriately
• Create events in the learning management system and assign training to the sales organization
• Prepare training completion, and assessment score reports to manage performance
• Help others properly use our learning management system and reporting features
• Support basic sales system administration:
• Add and remove users to critical systems and ensure user profiles are accurate
• Monitor usage of essential systems and report potential issues to the team
• Support the assessment and cleanup of our customer data and help manage reporting
• Work with a group of data experts to identify bad customer data
• Partner with the sales organization to review customer data and the steps to improve accuracy
• Perform updates to customer records and delete old data records

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Studies in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field
• 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing role or servicing others
• Experience developing content in Microsoft applications or other content development software
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-directed
