GameStop is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team in Grapevine, TX. As Trainer Coordinator, you will provide support to the Learning & Development team. Your responsibility will be to help with everything happening backstage to make training possible for our new hires and seasoned agents.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Own the administrative tasks belonging to the L&D department such as scheduling training sessions, booking training space, keeping track of attendance, and ensuring trainees have everything they need prior to starting a course.
  • Assist Training Specialist in the development, updating and uploading training material to the LMS and Knowledge Base.
  • Assist Facilitators with administrative needs in the classroom.
  • Create reports and analyze data related to training and performance.
  • Collaborate with the QA and OJT teams supporting trainees and new hires.
  • Set up and break down training rooms for training sessions.
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure all IT requirements are ready and functional for new hires.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment and HR teams to assist with Onboarding admin needs pertaining to training.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service call center environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with Outlook to book rooms, send invitations and communications
  • Familiarity with e-learning programs preferred (Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.)
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and basic principles of Adult Education
  • Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes and urgent requests
  • High energy and a positive mindset that is contagious!
  • Exceptional organization skills and obsessive to detail
  • Able to flex to business needs and adjust or compromise plans as needed
  • Ability to stand and carry up to 15 lbs.
