Robinson is seeking a Treasury Manager to assist in the analysis and implementation of cash management, cash flow forecasting, capital, and liquidity best practices across our global organization. This is an exciting opportunity if you have demonstrated experience in analysis of foreign currency exposures, cash forecasting and coordination of global treasury or finance integration projects. In this role, you will assist in global Treasury activities on technology projects, ensuring implementation of functionality that improves cash flow visibility and efficiency across our global economic organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare or approve cash position and corresponding payments for the day
  • Manage global repatriation process
  • Participate with treasury management system implementation
  • Partner with Accounting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports related to aging receivables, payables, cash analysis and forecasting
  • Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements to streamline cash management and receivables/payables processes, increase efficiencies and accuracy by reducing manual work, and better leverage currently available banking services
  • Support global liquidity planning by leading finance teams in the creation of cash forecasting models
  • Analyze and execute risk management, hedge effectiveness and FX trading
  • Generate analysis and recommendations for capital allocation strategy (dividends, share repurchase, subsidiary capital contributions and inter-company borrowing)
  • Partner with global finance team to implement global banking, cash pooling and treasury system integrations
  • Conduct necessary research and analysis to support treasury projects
  • Build and develop strategic partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders (i.e. finance partners, leadership, banks, and technology vendors)
  • Stay abreast of changes in the Treasury landscape and establish and implement new processes and technologies where appropriate
  • Provide coaching and support and work direction to junior level employees on projects and initiatives
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in finance, accounting, economics, or business management
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance role which required conceptual thinking, data analysis, financial modeling, fact-based conclusions, and recommendations to complex business cases
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically and internationally)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in Treasury position
  • Experience with treasury or financial systems integration
  • Experience with capital market analysis activities and cash flow forecasting in an internationally diverse finance environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics from ERP systems using Excel add-ins such as Hyperion Smart View
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • CTP (Certified Financial Professional)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Critical thinking, ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in an autonomous environment. Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives while taking accountability for work product.
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed global environment.
