Beacon Hill Staffing Group's client is a Bay Area-based law firm that specializes in trust litigation, securities litigation, elder abuse litigation, and trust and estate administration. They are looking for looking for an associate who wants to learn and grow in a small practice environment.

• Location: Onsite (Danville, CA 94526)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3+ months with potential to convert to a permanent position
• Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

About you:

• Must be actively licensed and in good standing in California
• 1+ years of experience in trusts and estates
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to work directly and effectively with clients
• Judicial Externship or Clerkship, and experience in litigation a plus

About the position:

• Firm billing requirement is 1,500 hours per year
• First 6 months are a mentorship within the firm
• Discovery
• Motions
• Drafting pleadings
• Court appearances
• Conservatorship
• Probate
• Will contest
• Estate planning
