Job Summary:

You will have the opportunity to support multi-million-dollar programs and initiatives as Walmart looks towards preparing itself for the future and establishing itself as a sustainable and regenerative company. The primary day to day activities will involve financial projects, data analysis, dashboard development, and system support to help the teams execute projects and track their financials. The team manages power restoration, distributed generation, and electrical infrastructure resilience programs. You will be expected to take initiative and meet with internal stakeholder to manage requirements, resolve issues, and cultivate relationships needed to collaborate on larger projects.

Dashboard Development: Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku

Process Automation: API's, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Power Automate

Job Description:

Identifies customer and operational needs and develops relevant data driven solutions to reflect reporting and functional requirements.

Utilizing SAP to create financial project, budgets, and supporting stakeholders with purchase orders, invoices, and lease payments.

Reviews and prioritizes system improvement and data requests from the business, incorporating new concepts and determining business impact of potential solutions.

Identifies trends and key insights, translating results into business actions, and presenting recommendations to key stakeholders.

Analyzes and ensures accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data, comparing data with third-party information, budgets, or actual results

Provides customer service and reporting in area of responsibility by providing reports and communicating results, preparing information, and supporting documentation; supporting key business processes; serving as an information resource; providing guidance and recommendations based on defined policies and practices; supporting relationships with key stakeholders to deliver solutions and support; and resolving issues, answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in information technology, real estate, or related area OR 4 years' experience in information technology, real estate, or related area.
