Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking licensed attorney candidates for a long-term temporary corporate role with a Philadelphia law firm, focusing primarily on venture capital & angel financing work. Ideal candidates will come with prior experience in the following areas: Bank Finance and Syndicated Lending, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Equity M&A, General Corporate Representation & Contract Drafting & Negotiation.

This is a primarily remote position, with the possibility of some on-site work at the firm's office as-needed. Therefore, eligible candidates must be COVID vaccinated in order to be considered. Additionally, candidates must be actively licensed in good standing in the jurisdiction where they will be working in.
