The University of North Texas Health Science Center invites candidates to apply to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management position. This is a senior leadership position for recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and registrar functions of the institution, reporting directly to the Senior Vice Provost. The position directs the management team of the reporting functions and serves as a primary contributor to the development of the campus Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan, the effective use of technology for student recruitment, admissions, communication, and enrollment, as well as certain aspects of data analysis and reporting.

The Vice Provost for Enrollment Management will be responsible for:

• Maintains a strong relationship with technological services to ensure that all enrollment management processes are functional, efficient, and based on the latest technology. This includes the various CAS and Texas application options, the campus CRM, PeopleSoft Student, financial aid, registrar, and data reporting. The position provides leadership for technological changes and innovations for service to potential students, current students, and the campus community.

• Collaborates with the various academic programs, especially in partnership with the deans, to develop strategies to enhance the relationship between the university, the pre-health advisory community, and health professions institutions within the desired recruitment and service area. The position will also work with programs to define the unique admissions decision processes of each program and ensure that the needs of the programs are met while protecting the integrity of institutional admissions processes.

• Develops reports and advocates for reporting tools that provide critical information to the academic programs and campus student service units regarding application trends, yield analysis, and effective recruitment and yield activities. The Vice Provost will monitor the development of national student enrollment behaviors to strategically plan for enhancements and changes to UNTHSC admissions processes.

• Produces high-level recruitment and admissions reports, in cooperation with other institutional research efforts, for internal and external constituents.

• Continually evaluates the use of admissions and recruitment resources, reallocating and combining operational resources as needed to provide for efficient and effective processes while building a team of professionals dedicated to achieving the enrollment and retention goals of the institution.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in higher education administration or equivalent required with 10 years of experience of increasing levels of responsibility in Enrollment Management.
