Our client is a not for profit organization focused on supporting children. Over the past two decades, the organization has grown nationally and put to use over $60 million dollars affecting over 8 million kids. The client is looking to hire a Vice President of Operations. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar administrative leadership or operational role. That experience should be focused on the management of responsibilities in three key areas: Human Resources, Operations and Facilities Management and IT/Technology. Anyone with experience managing a large distribution of goods or products will be of particular appeal. This person will be joining the firm as a member of the leadership team and will report directly to the CEO and COO. Target compensation for the role is $150K with some flexibility depending on experience.
