Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Skyline is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Warehouse Teammate. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Shipping /receiving/ pickups at Clifton, NJ yard-- fork truck operation
• Inventory accounting / reconciliation -- Microsoft excel
• Some heavy lifting
• Deliveries ,using company truck, to tri-state jobsites
• Off site location -- needs to be trustworthy
• Must be able to work independently and safely
• Flexible --might need to deliver 7 am to jobsite , might need to drop freight off at truck terminal at 6:30 pm
• Maintenance scheduling of pick-up truck and fork truck
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly
• Office help when needed- filing, mailings, answer phone

Reporting to the Product manager , the Warehouseman will be an integral member of the Nucor Skyline team. A successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a group, and be willing and able to work on occasion before or after their 8:00 am to 5 pm shift.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GE
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Some experience with fork truck operation
