Reporting to: Director of Digital Marketing

The LINQ Marketing team is looking for an experienced Website Development and Design Manager. The Web Development Manager will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and oversee the functionality and rebuild of LINQ's websites, evaluate, and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain, and update website content and design layout.

The ideal candidate for this role will have deep digital and development experience. We're looking for a leader who is technical enough to manage our backend website strategy, with additional strength in being creative enough to work with internal teams and designers to develop on delivering a great user experience across our web properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for website properties
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and external agencies to develop on website rebuild
  • Build functional design and easy-to-update website pages and frameworks
  • Update and maintain website content and design elements on a recurring basis, developing new pages and refreshing existing pages
  • Facilitate hosting and server management
  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot hosting or backend issues
  • Partner with IT to ensure site security
  • Optimize loading speeds and capacity
  • Review and implement SEO best practices
  • Monitor, analyze and report key insights on site performance to leadership, with actionable areas of improvement to increase site performance and conversions
  • Develop website style guide with Marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, Web Manager, or Web Master
  • Knowledge of best practices for web design and UX principles
  • Expertise in working with web content management systems, primarily WordPress
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other digital tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with integrated website tools (i.e., Opt-in Monster, Gravity Forms, etc.)
  • Familiarity working with integrated marketing automation tools (Pardot preferrable)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and business functions
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • K-12 Education industry experience a plus
