We are looking for an experienced Digital Program Manager to join the RL Digital Program Management team. This is a key hire to drive systematic ways of working across multiple cross-functional stakeholders on behalf of Meta.com, as well as develop and drive the operating model for a best-in-class content and commerce site experience.

Web/Digital Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Show up as a leader amongst the cross-functional team for all site initiatives and in doing so, organizes Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce and Development/Engineering groups to achieve goal-driven business initiatives
  • Create strong working partnerships with Integrated Marketers, Channel Marketers, Store/Merchandising, Development, Creative, Design, Legal and Product teams and external agencies driving alignment, both North-South and East-West to deliver against overall program objectives
  • Orchestrate how web projects fit within the wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, budget, risks and resources
  • Manage frequent communications with core working teams, cross functional partners and executive leadership, ensuring that teams and stakeholders are well informed throughout project pipelines
  • Define, architect and implement workflow systems and foundational structures that support Meta.com planning, execution and optimization
  • Evolve operational structures to support Meta.com's needs
  • Create RFPs, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans
  • Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters
  • Manage external vendor relationships (technical development, design firms, production companies etc.)
  • Operate autonomously and mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles. Includes creative problem-solving to achieve accelerated and complex delivery deadlines
  • Create order out of ambiguity and complexity, with the ability to wrestle all sizes and shapes of projects to successful outcomes
  • Apply a systems approach going beyond the immediate workstream to create scalable, repeatable systems for the future
  • Create efficiency and remove redundancy by seeing patterns, creating standardized processes and optimizing workstreams


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with the creative development process from reviews to delivery across MarCom assets and workflows
  • 10+ years client-facing experience within an agency, consultancy or brand/company in a demonstrably equivalent role
  • Proven industry experience, working on large-scale consumer product brand and/or commerce digital/web experiences, including launch windows and ongoing optimization
  • Organizational task and budget management skills
  • Experience managing internal and external creative and production/development partners


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a cross-functional program lead within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment
  • Experience working and thriving in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience managing multiple large scale projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience wrestling complex Marketing programs to order
  • Experience working with internationalized global sites, with localized currency, legal, and content requirements and regulations
  • Expert level experience working closely with content managers, engineers, designers, analysts, front end developers and external vendors to launch and sustain high quality web and digital experiences
  • Experience as lead point of contact on projects and programs
  • Experience working with a large, matrixed, global tech company, with experience in a rapidly scaling department
  • Experience in creative strategy and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking
  • Expert at drafting SOWs, dealing with business affairs managers and legal teams on issues such as content licensing and partner management
  • Proven experience operating at multiple altitudes from high-level operational planning to tactical execution, managing multiple sub-work streams at once
