ADP is hiring a Wholesale Relationship Manager. In this position you will function as a liaison between the Wholesale Firm, Sales and Service, with the following objectives:

  • Manage the relationship with the top 50 CPA or Wholesale Firms by size and revenue.
  • Coordinate effort and communication between Sales and Service organizations
  • Work with IS to ensure smooth transition of firms with 25+ accounts at initial set up
  • Improve accountant knowledge and awareness among Sales and Service associates

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing the relationship with top 50 revenue firms or those firms with large child client base by:
    • Scheduling regular check in meetings with the client to ensure a high level of satisfaction including periodic site visits with sales partners.
    • Involvement with Wholesale management and associates to address escalations or concerns on behalf of the Firm.
    • Monthly updates to Wholesale management and sales partners on the status, level of satisfaction and business structure / changes within the Firm's organization to ensure ADP services remain an integral part of their business/client offering.
    • Manage the processes, communication, and relationships between Sales and Service regarding the ongoing servicing of our CPA and Wholesale Firms and their clients.
  • Function as a Service Ambassador for sales management and associates by:
    • Fielding accountant and client escalations when necessary (including accountant and client face-to-face visits when necessary)
    • Inspecting existing Client Service & Implementation processes to ensure quality and responsiveness
    • Dotted line involvement with Service support teams such as Sales Help Desk, Client Retention Specialist, etc
  • Project Manage conversion of Firms with 25+ child accounts at initial start by:
    • facilitate conversion call with IS, Sales and firm to set proper expectations
    • create project plan with timeline of conversions and individual responsibilities to ensure all clients are converted within agreed upon time frame
    • address and remove all roadblocks that prevent conversion from being completed within the agreed upon time frame by engaging management and sales as needed throughout the process
    • Inspect existing Client Service & Implementation processes to ensure quality and responsiveness
    • Dotted line involvement with Service support teams such as Sales Help Desk, Client Retention Specialist, etc
    • providing weekly status updates throughout conversion period
  • Increase "Wholesale awareness" with the sales and service teams by:
    • Attending Sales and Service meetings to promote and discuss progress, promotions, and events
    • Connecting the roles of Sales and Service associates to eliminate existing gaps
    • Creating understanding about what we do and how it impacts our accountant clients
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Over 3 Years, Up to 5 Years of Directly Related Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED or its equivalent in education and experience
