01. CREELS FULL SUPPLY PACKAGES (BOBBINS/CONES/SOCK

CANS) TO POSITINO ON WINDERS, VERIFYING CODE,

COLOR AND LOT.

02. THREADS UP WINDER/POSITIONS EMPTY CONE OR TUBE/

STARTS TAKE-UP MECHANISM/VERIFIES COUNTER YARDAGE.

03. CREELS/SPLICES IN A SECOND SUPPLY PACKAGE TO THE

SAME TAKE-UP WHEN REQUIRED.

04. DOFFS FULL CONE/TUBE FROM SPINDLE, ATTACHES I.D.

TAG, PLACES CONES/TUBES IN APPROPRIATE INSPECTION

RACKS.

05. REPAIR BREAKS AS THEY OCCUR.

06. RE-SUPPLIES ALL EMPTY CONES/TUBES USED DURING WORK

PERIOD.

07. INSPECTS YARN DURING TRANSFER TO TAKE-UP PACKAGE,

IDENTIFIES/SEGREGATES FOR SUPERVISORS ATTENTION

ANY SLACK TWIST/MIXED/IMPROPER PLY YARN, ETC.

08. CLEANS MACHINES AND WORK AREA AT END OF EACH SHIFT
