We are seeking a performance-driven, entrepreneurial, competitive Women's Health Account Manager ("WHAM") for a highly innovative role. WHAMs are to achieve sales and activity targets on assigned territories across OBGYN and select Primary Care customers and meet all relevant standards, as set by the company and Women's Health Regional Business Leaders. Your ability to exhibit excellent sales and relationship building skills will have a direct impact to the organization and our client.

What will you be doing?
  • Deliver appropriate and approved information and relevant messaging to target accounts
  • Achieve call and sales activity targets as set by the company
  • Complete administrative duties as required
  • Develop a sound understanding of the relevant product and disease areas to facilitate detailed discussions with medical professionals in specialist and primary care roles
  • Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and local key opinion leaders in key accounts
  • Execute current marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Initiate, organize and carry out sales presentations at the frequency and attendance rate as set by the company
  • Monitor and utilize all relevant promotional literature as part of the sales process
  • Provide Women's Health Regional Business Leader with accurate and timely data and market reports
  • Communicate with all relevant personnel within Ashfield and client company
  • Ensure all company expenditure on territory is accurately monitored and accounted for within budget and expense submissions are completed, approved and submitted within the agreed deadlines
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and in adherence with the company dress code

What do you need for this position?
  • COVID-19 Vaccination required. Must be able to provide proof of vaccination upon offer acceptance
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 2+ years of women's health care experience is preferred
  • Start up and launch experience is strongly preferred
  • Business ownership mentality
  • A proven track record of driving and achieving results
  • Possess a good degree of technical expertise
  • Competitive, outgoing, motivated with entrepreneurial and trailblazing mentality
  • Ability to learn scientific information and be able to educate other people on it
  • Able to handle fast pace and high volume of face-to-face interaction
  • Confident in handling rejection
