RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Workday HCM Business Analyst.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM, collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent Management, and Time Tracking, to support business processes and organizational needs
- Conduct analysis of HR processes and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, leveraging Workday functionality and best practices
- Lead Workday HCM projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other HR and business systems, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption
- Provide end-user support and training on Workday HCM functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of Workday HCM initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
- Stay current on Workday releases, updates, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to improve HR processes and systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Workday HCM certification(s) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday HCM Business Analyst or similar role, with hands-on experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and support
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools, as well as knowledge of Workday integrations and data management best practices
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and functionality, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent Management, and Time Tracking
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
