Meta's data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative products. The Data Center Business Operations team is seeking a technically-minded individual to enhance business results by delivering workforce insights, crafting evidence-based workforce strategies, and developing driver-based headcount plans. While strong technical skills are essential in this role, you will also need strategic thinking, business acumen, project management, and the ability to partner effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional stakeholders. To consistently deliver accurate and timely insights, you will work closely with data and tooling teams to develop, maintain, and leverage data pipelines, dashboards, and workforce management tools. In addition, you will work directly with business leaders to model Data Center workforce needs and develop strategies that enable the workforce to grow and perform.

Workforce Strategy Manager Responsibilities:

• Support headcount modeling, planning, and forecasting cycles for the data center organization.
• Deliver insights by applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, organizational research, and the presentation of data to inform and influence key business decisions about the growth and performance of the global data center organization.
• Develop, maintain, and leverage data pipelines, dashboards, and workforce management tools in collaboration with data infrastructure, tooling, and process teams.
• Develop and launch evidence-based workforce strategies in partnership with data center teams, Recruiting, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, emphasizing data analysis or modeling.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL (or equivalent) and data visualization tools, including using advanced functionality (e.g., data blending).
• Experience processing, analyzing, and interpreting data sets in order to make business recommendations for senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with communication, organization, and working on multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related degree.
• Experience developing workforce strategies and working with people data (e.g., headcount, attrition, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics) and systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).
