Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management, with dotted-line report to the Director of International and Graduate Programs, the Director of LLM and Graduate Enrollment holds primary responsibility for enrollment management of the College of Law's LLM and non-JD programs. The Director has the primary responsibility for coordinating marketing, recruitment, and enrollment management of all LLM and non-JD programs. The Director's responsibility for international programs is focused on enrollment of international students at the College of Law, not on enrollment in the College's study abroad programs. The Director of International and Graduate Programs, in collaboration with the Director of individual programs, oversees and coordinates the programs themselves. This position oversees and executes the enrollment management for the programs.

  • Responsible for marketing, recruitment, and enrollment management for all LLM and non-J.D. programs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of International and Graduate Programs on the development of new non-JD programs.
  • Collaborate with program directors to onboard enrolled students.
  • Work with Centers for Excellence in recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students in LL.M., M. Jur., and other potential non-J.D. programs.
  • Work with the Office of Communications and Marketing to promote international and non-J.D. programs, including LL.M., M. Jur., and other potential non-J.D. programs.
  • Develop social media strategies; discuss and approve publications,
    advertisement, and marketing materials; guide website content updates.
  • Manage and oversee application process for all LLM and non-JD programs.
  • Provide staff supervision, training, and evaluation to international and non-JD program administrative staff to ensure high-quality processes.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Dean and program directors to establish targeted enrollment goals for each program.
  • Design and implement strategies designed to ensure that the College of Law meets its LLM and non-JD recruitment and enrollment goals.
  • Organize, implement, and evaluate programming to target LLM and non-JD prospective students.
  • Manage HubSpot email marketing campaigns for each program.
  • Create, edit, and run enrollment tracking reports using Unite and Banner.
  • Serve as primary recruiter for all international, LLM and non-JD programs.
  • Recruit nationally and internationally to attract eligible applicants.
  • Counsel prospective students about the application and enrollment process for LLM and non-JD programs.
  • Review and evaluate applications and make scholarship recommendations.
  • Collaborate with program directors to confirm enrollment decisions.
  • Coordinate final decision communication to applicants and provide new student information to admitted students.
  • Maintain a collaborative work environment and work well with others.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, Banner, Unite, HubSpot, Teamwork.

This position may either be a fully remote or in-person position. If this position is created as fully remote, the person holding the position will need to travel internationally to meet with partner schools and recruit students and occasionally travel to campus. If in-person, work duties performed primarily in temperature-controlled office, with frequent interactions with others. Lifting occasionally up to 20 lbs. Required Experience

A minimum of (5) years of progressive experience with a college, university, or graduate school in either admissions, communications/marketing, or both. Experience within a law school preferred. Experience with recruiting international students preferred. Master's degree strongly preferred: BA/BS degree required. Proven leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and oral and written communication skills combined with a high level of energy, creativity, self-motivation, and willingness to collaborate with others within the law school community. Willingness to travel, including internationally, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary; demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
