The Department of Biology at Rhodes College seeks qualified applicants for a one-year visiting assistant faculty position to begin in August 2024. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Biology or a related area.Teaching responsibilities will include six lectures/labs per year (labs count as a full teaching involvement). Normal teaching responsibilities will include upper-level courses in candidates' area of expertise and participation in the introductory biology laboratory that covers cellular, biochemical, and molecular biology topics.
